Washed and Natural Sundried
Through early-December 2021
About Jabanto from Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia
The Jabanto group formed in 2017, after changes in the Ethiopian coffee policy permitted smallholder farmers to be able to directly export and sell their coffees. The group has worked hard to build an enterprising business from scratch and their commitment to careful harvesting and processing each year results in some of our favorite offerings. This year’s production of Jabanto Natural Sundried tastes like blueberry, chocolate, and honey.
About Mutero from Kirinyaga, Kenya
In 2000, Alvans Mutero Miguongo established the Mutero farm with the desire to improve coffee quality through experimentation, along with the best possible production practices. This drive, coupled with the right ingredients for quality—like being situated on the slopes of Mt. Kenya and exclusively growing the legendary SL-28 variety—culminated in this coffee, which shines with notes of blackberry and lime with a molasses-like sweetness.
Mutero will only be available in this bundle and is not sold separately.
