We consider all of our coffees that we buy, no doubt about that. This one in particular is challenging to source year-round, due to the quality and seasonality of coffees with these characteristics. All Beans Considered offers nutty caramel flavors and is a perfect starting point if you’re new to specialty coffee—and a delicious classic flavor profile even if you’re not!
You may recognize the tasting notes for this blend—All Beans Considered was formerly called Big Trouble on this website. All that's changed is the packaging!
Blend Components: 50% Incahuasi, Peru / 25% Urcunina, Colombia / 25% Los Santos, Peru
Counter Culture only roasts the coffea arabica, but, under the species of arabica, we buy dozens of different coffee varieties from around the world. Learn more about varieties here.
Washed
Processing is the method to turn the fruit from a coffee tree into dried green coffee ready for roasting.
This refers to the elevation at which this coffee was grown.
Year-Round
This refers to the amount of time this coffee will be available for purchase at Counter Culture. Availability is determined by supply and also when the coffee tastes the freshest.
For a coffee with a flavor profile that is easy to love, you may be wondering what this coffee’s namesake is all about. Sourcing clean and low-acidity coffees from smallholder producers isn’t an easy task. The coffees in All Beans Considered come from many of the same partners that produce our Single Origin offerings and we take great care to maintain just the right blend to create a coffee with sweet notes of caramel, nut, and dark chocolate.
An extremely versatile coffee, All Beans Considered can shine in any brew method—and is a wonderful partner to milk-based beverages as espresso.
